Individual training begins with a detailed Initial Assessment to evaluate movement mechanics, address current injuries, and define personal goals. From there, a customized program is created that integrates both training and recovery strategies. Flexible packages and payment plans are available, and sessions can be shared with a partner or friend for a more collaborative and cost-effective experience.
Small Group Training runs in eight-week cycles with an optional two-week deload. Morning sessions meet at 6:00 am, 7:15 am, and 8:30 am for 60 minutes, capped at six people for focused coaching and a strong team atmosphere. Each session follows a progressive, functional strength-training approach designed to build power, improve movement quality, and help you train safely while supporting your body’s daily needs.
Each session starts with a brief assessment to determine your ideal treatment plan. Techniques from Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, and Cupping Therapy are blended to target acute or chronic tension, restore pain-free movement, and improve mobility. Sessions are available in 60, 90, and 120 minutes, with first-time clients encouraged to book 90 minutes for the most thorough results.
